Lui's adventure with the wasp's nest

 Lui found a wasp's nest at home and it was empty. We think that they made another nest and are living somewhere else.

Squash in the Hall

Today we played squash in the hall. We used a ball and a racket. It was so tricky. We had to carry the ball on the racket to the other side of the hall. We had to be very careful not to drop the ball and then we rolled the ball into the goal. We had alot of fun playing squash.

 

Fruits and Vegetables at school

On Friday we looked and tasted a lot of fruits and vegetables in the Whenua Studio.  We tasted water melon, kiwi fruit, rock melon, bananas, tomatoes, oranges, celery, cabbage and lettuce. We really enjoyed the yummy fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables make us strong and healthy. We also learnt that fruits have seeds inside them.
